Do you have a case of the worms?

Definition:

That strange feeling you get when you believe you should be somewhere else, but really shouldn’t. Something should be taking place other than what is, when in all reality, you are exactly where you should be. The feeling you should be performing a certain action.  “Shouldn’t I be somewhere else?” sort of feeling. The opposite of Deja Vu.

Symptoms:

Uneasiness, anxiety, feeling out of place, racing mind, constantly looking at your planner, double checking alarms and memos, looking at your phone to make sure you aren’t missing something, questioning your actions, sense of restlessness – as if you have “worms”, can’t sit still, can’t stop thinking you must have gotten something wrong.

Example:

It’s Saturday right? I feel like I should be at work since it was a shortened week from the holidays. Wait… is it the weekend? Or do I have to go in to work? Man this feels weird… it must just be a case of the worms.
